Delivery at the airport is direct, without intermediaries or transfers. Once you have arrived at the “Arrivals” terminal, go to the parking building. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and our staff will be waiting for you at the “Meeting Point” in the hall.
Delivery/return at the airport is free, except for deliveries from 11pm to 8am, which will have an additional cost of €30 and must be informed to our staff to obtain instructions on how to proceed.
The deductible is the maximum amount that the client will assume in the event of damage to the vehicle. If you obtain “Basic” insurance, you will be informed of the excess in the category selected. The franchise establishes a financial limit for the customer’s liability in the event of incidents that generate repair costs on the rented vehicle.
None of our insurance includes coverage for broken or lost vehicle keys. We recommend that you handle the keys carefully during the rental period.
None of our insurance includes coverage for refueling errors. Make sure you use the right fuel and take the necessary precautions during the refueling process to avoid any inconvenience.
It is important to note that the credit card used to rent the vehicle does not necessarily need to be in the driver’s name. The only thing required is that the cardholder be present at the time of payment. This provides flexibility to customers, allowing them to use a credit card that they are not the owner of, as long as the person listed as the owner is present to
carry out the transaction. This policy makes the rental process easier by providing broader options regarding the choice of credit card used during the transaction.
In our car rental service, we deliver the car with a specific level of fuel. It is important to note that it is the lessee’s responsibility to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel at the time of delivery. The exact amount of fuel with which the vehicle is delivered will be specified in detail in the rental contract.
